Wines of Canyonleigh

Harvesting GrapesRapidly becoming a highly regarded grape growing area, Canyonleigh is situated on the drier western edge of the Southern Highlands of NSW.

At an altitude of 700m and with a micro-climate that lends itself to producing quality grapes with intense flavours and low yields, Canyonleigh enjoys long sunny days and cool nights. These factors combine to produce wines of intensity and richness.

Known for grapes such as Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, Canyonleigh is home to small vineyards averaging about 5 acres in size.  Without a through road, Canyonleigh has no cellar doors which can make sourcing Canyonleigh wine a challenge.
